Genziana

This liqueur is obtained by the cold infusion in white wine of the roots of Gentiana Lutea.
Simple ingredients such as the gentian root, white wine, alcohol and sugar give this liqueur an amber colour and a very bitter taste.
The well-known virtues of the gentian root ensure a prompt digestion against gastrointestinal interference caused by overeating.
The bitter principles of gentian are useful to stimulate and balance the secretion of gastric juices and the bile, the lack of which brings to malaise, drowsiness, headache, intestinal fermentation and to help the assimilation of food, the recovery of convalescents, weak and anaemic people. Moreover, gentian is a very good febrifuge.

Ingredients:
White wine, yellow gentian root, alcohol and sugar. 28% alcohol content.
